DS SOLUTION, INC. (hereinafter referred to as DSS) does not collect, store or process any private/sensitive information in the apps available on the Google Workspace Apps Marketplace.

Google Analytics is used for collecting usage information regarding the DSS website(s). A tracking cookie may be placed by Google to enable the collection of analytical data. The information collected is stored anonymously. No other cookies or tracking technologies are used by DSS.

DSS uses Atlassian Jira Cloud with Jira Service Desk to provide customer support. Customers who wish to contact DSS support are required to create an Atlassian ID account. Any personal information requested in the account sign up process will be collected, stored and processed by Atlassian and is governed by the Atlassian Privacy Policy.
