Let's install Agile User Story Map

Step 1: Click button + (1) on the top right

 

Step 2: Click Apps (2)

Step 3: Find Agile User Story Map


Step 4: Click Open in board


Step 5: Then enjoy the app :rocket:

How to configure Agile User Story Map

Find out how to configure to map between the fields of Monday.com and the application; and how to configure the display of the cards.

Fields' configuration

Step 1: Click button ⚙ (1) on the top right of the board view’s toolbar

Step 2: In the section Configuration, click Setup (2)

Step 3: Select monday.com’s columns (3.1, 3.2), which you want to display as Assignee and Status on the User Story Card.

Step 1: Click button ⚙ (1) on the top right of the board view’s toolbar

Step 2: In the section Card view selection, mark the fields you want to display.

Create Groups & Items in Agile User Story Map

Easily create your own groups and items from Agile User Story Map’s Board and automatically synchronize them with Monday.com’s main table.

Create Groups

Groups from your monday.com’s Board line on the top of your Story Map.

To create a group on the backbone of your User Story Map, place your cursor where you would like to create a new group, and a [+] sign will appear. Click on it to create a new group.

Create Items

To create a new item on the User Story Map, hover over an item, and a [+] sign will appear. Then click on it, a new item will be created.
